Goan chicken curry recipe (with coconut milk and tamarind)
Goan chicken curry is a popular and delicious dish from Goa, India. Chicken needs to be cooked in a curry made from onions, tomatoes, and a blend of spices. Coconut milk adds sweetness to the taste. I really like all the curry dishes that use coconut milk, as it adds sweetness and aroma to the curry. This makes it very different from other curries. It tastes mildly sweet, spicy, and tangy. This is one of the easiest dishes to make. Follow my recipe to make this tasty dish at home. Feel free to add or change the amounts of ingredients as per your requirements.
